the first Friday of each month, after golf, with pairings
made by the Pairings Chairwoman.

Cup and Club Championship Tourneys, a player must have a current EZ
Links (GHIN) handicap and have played 5 PMWGA league
days during the 12 months prior to the tournament. The

5. Score cards must be posted every time a member plays
an 18-hole round of golf, regardless of where or with whom
the round was played.
6. All putts must be holed out.
7. Pairings Committee will assign playing partners.

are available to record eagles, birdies, and gobbles made during
play on Fridays. Competition begins in January and ends
on the first week of play in December. Pins are given
for eagle or birdie scored holes (one per member per year)
and a golf ball is given for a gobble or "chip in"
(no limitation).
2. CAGD
BLIND DRAW: On the second Friday in January, February, March,
April, and November, a "Blind Draw" is conducted
and collected by the CAGD Representative. Fee is $1.00
each month.
3. DUES: Regular membership is $45.00 per calendar year
(January thru December) due annually by November 15th.
Dues include Handicap, State, and CAGD fees. New members
joining PMWGA in the fall will pay a $5.00 membership fee
for the remainder of the year.
4. GUESTS: Guests are welcome, but can’t compete
for prizes and are limited to 3 rounds of golf at the regular
posted course rate.
5. HANDICAPPING: As per USGA, a handicap is based on
the lowest 10 scores of the last 20 games played on an 18-hole
regulation golf course.
6. SCORE CARDS: The Handicap Committee Chairwoman
is responsible for accurately posting a score in the computer.
Scores must be posted for every league play day. The handicap
card must show the Gross Score, Handicap, and "Adjusted
Score" before it is turned in. See table below
for "adjusting" a score. Full names must always
be listed on all score cards. All handicap, play of
the day, and tournament cards must be legible and signed.
Failure to comply could mean the card will be disqualified.
Play of the Day cards should show only the score of the event
of the day.

regardless of par, before any adjustment may be made.

to record improved scores on each hole during Friday league
play and a register is posted for 29 putts or less on play days
for 29 Club. Competition begins in January and ends on
the first day of play in December.
9. GOLF ETIQUETTE: Practice courtesy, consideration,
and sportmanship. Players must play without delay.
Always keep up with the group ahead of you. If you must
delay because of a lost ball, let the group behind you play
through. USGA Rules limit a seach for a lost ball to 5
minutes. Do not leave bags, pull carts, or electric carts
in front of the green. Leave clubs on the side of the
green closest to the next tee. Be ready to putt when it’s
your turn. When finishing a hole, players should immediately
leave the green. Wait until arriving at the next tee to
write down the scores.
10. DO NOT leave cell phones on during league play.
